Bookd ("Bookd", "we", "us", "our") is a B2B omnichannel outbound agency headquartered in Cape Town, South Africa, operating for clients in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, and New Zealand. We collect information you provide directly to us through the forms on this site, and limited technical information collected automatically when you visit.
Name, email address, company name, and any message you choose to include.
Name, email address, phone number, years of experience, the role and industries you select, your CV file, and a short voice note you record in your browser as part of the application. The voice recording is used solely to assess your application and is not used for any other purpose.

When you book a discovery call, scheduling is handled by Calendly, a third-party service. Calendly collects your name, email address, and the details needed to schedule and confirm the meeting, under Calendly's own privacy policy.
If you accept analytics cookies via the banner on this site, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect information such as pages visited, approximate location (derived from IP address), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. No analytics cookies are set unless you actively accept them. See Section 4 for details.
