Business Development Representative
Full-time · Remote

You'll run omnichannel outbound campaigns for our B2B clients: email, phone, and LinkedIn working together, not email alone. You know how to prospect, personalise, and book meetings with buyers who don't want to be called.

What we're looking for
  • 2+ years in a BDR or outbound sales role
  • Proven track record of booking qualified meetings
  • Comfortable making high call volumes, not just sending emails
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, email platforms, dialers, and LinkedIn
  • Self-managed, accountable, and outcome-focused
  • Available to work UK, US, or AU/NZ business hours
Senior BDR / Team Lead
Full-time · Remote

You've done the BDR job at a high level and you're ready to lead. You'll run your own client campaigns while coaching and quality-checking the wider BDR team across every channel.

What we're looking for
  • 4+ years in outbound sales, 1+ year in a senior/lead capacity
  • Experience across multiple industries or verticals
  • Ability to review and improve messaging and call cadence
  • Comfortable coaching junior BDRs across all channels
  • References from previous clients or employers
  • Available to work UK, US, or AU/NZ business hours
